Martine Boileau, a French sculptor died in May 2007
"I feel like a sponge, absorbing the outside world until I am caught in its grip"
The first feelings as you step into the Parisian Martine Boileau's studio is freedom, joy and intense life.
The human body is scaned from the inside by Martine, she hollows the visible to extract the truth of the soul : the anxiety, the wait, the powerlessness, the silence, the solitude, the passing by time tragedy.
The sculpture turned symbolic and intimist.
Landscapes, human beings, sculpted furniture, Martine uses bronze, terra cotta, plaster, plastic, altuglass, synthetic resine...
Moving, seaking, on the watch !
Touched by Martine Boileau's highnoble mindeness, each visit in her studio makes you a little different !
